Our planning process starts with your dream day. Starting with the venue selection, we discuss the hidden secrets of the wedding industry and all the nasty kickbacks to make sure you get exactly what you deserve on this big day. Together we plan the schedule, the logistics, the venue layout, and the guest flow. Our Portland wedding planners will discuss food and beverage options as well as the service style, all required rentals, and desired theme and decorations. From the event design, we determine staffing needs and develop the event budget. Wedding Coordination is offered on an as-needed basis….just the amount you need, no more than you want!
